In partnership with Indian Health Service, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is committed to helping the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal Health Programs, and Urban Indian Programs to maximize their ability to access third party resources. To meet this objective, CMS, in partnership with the States, the Veterans Administration, the Social Security Administration, and the IHS, provides training to patient benefits advocates on the programs and benefits available through Medicare, Medicaid, the

Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Division of Tribal Affairs (DTA) and the Indian Health Service (IHS) invite you to the 2019 CMS Outreach & Education Event.

All attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

To make reservations, please call (800) 228-9290 or (918) 493-7000 and reference the CMS/ITU room block to receive the federal per diem rate of $94 plus tax per night. Reservations should be made by Wednesday, May 1, 2019 to ensure the rate mentioned above. Reservations at the Marriott Tulsa Hotel Southern Hills are on your own and subject to hotel availability and pricing.

Taxis: The approximate taxi fare from TUL to the hotel is $40.00.

Airport Express Shuttle: The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle services (between 6:30 am – 10:30 am and 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm), from TUL.   Please call (918) 493-7000 to schedule a ride.

Driving Directions from Tulsa International Airport (TUL): Marriott Tulsa Hotel Southern Hills, is located approximately 15 miles from the Tulsa International Airport (TUL).  You have several options for ground transportation from the Tulsa International Airport.

Driving Directions from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport: Take 244 West to 75 South to 71st Street. Take 71st East. Hotel is on the right side of the street.
