In partnership with Indian Health Service, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is committed to helping the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal Health Programs, and Urban Indian Programs to maximize their ability to access third party resources. To meet this objective, CMS, in partnership with the States, the Veterans Administration, the Social Security Administration, and the IHS, provides training to patient benefits advocates on the programs and benefits available through Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplace.

All attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

If you are flying into Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP) you have several options for ground transportation to the Comfort Suites Hotel & Convention Center Rapid City.

Taxis: The approximate taxi fare to the hotel is approximately $30.

Airport Express Shuttle: Shared van/shuttle service is also available at a cost of $9 per person. Please visit the Airport Express Shuttle counter near baggage claim.  This charge will be added as an incidental to your final hotel bill.

Driving Directions (from Rapid City Regional Airport): Comfort Suites Hotel & Convention Center Rapid City, is located approximately 10 miles from the Rapid City Regional Airport.  Follow Terminal Road and Airport Road to SD-44 W. Continue straight onto SD-44 W. Continue on Jolly Lane to Rapid City, Turn right onto Elk Vale Road. Turn left onto Edwards Street. Destination will be on your left.
