In partnership with Indian Health Service, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is committed to helping the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal Health Programs, and Urban Indian Programs to maximize their ability to access third party resources. To meet this objective, CMS, in partnership with the States, the Veterans Administration, the Social Security Administration, and the IHS, provides training to patient benefits advocates on the programs and benefits available through Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Division of Tribal Affairs (DTA) and the Indian Health Service (IHS) invite you to the 2019 CMS Outreach & Education Event. Ground Transportation

Hotel Parking: Self-parking at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore is free for daily attendance of the training.  Overnight parking is $12/day.

Taxis: The approximate taxi fare to the hotel is approximately $30.

Driving Directions from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Aiprot: From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) – From airport head East on Sky Harbor Blvd. Stay straight onto I-10W. Merge onto AZ-51 North via exit 147. Continue North on AZ-51 4.0 miles and then take the Highland Ave. exit. Turn right onto Highland Ave. Continue on Highland Ave until you reach 24th St. Turn left onto 24th St. Continue on 24th St. until you reach E. Camelback Rd. Turn right. Take next left at 26th St. the hotel is located behind the Chase Bank building.
