In partnership with Indian Health Service, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is committed to helping the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal Health Programs, and Urban Indian Programs to maximize their ability to access third party resources. To meet this objective, CMS, in partnership with the States, the Veterans Administration, the Social Security Administration, and the IHS, provides training to patient benefits advocates on the programs and benefits available through Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Travel Arrangements
All attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
To make reservations, please call 800-HILTONS (or 800-445-8667) and reference the CMS/ITU room block (Gallup) to receive the Federal government per diem rate of $94 plus tax per night. Reservations should be made by Monday, February 11, 2019 to ensure the rate mentioned above. Reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn Gallup are on your own and subject to hotel availability and pricing.

Driving Directions (from Albuquerque International Sunport): Get on I-25N from Sunport Boulevard. Follow I-40W to US-491N to Gallup. Take Exit 20 from I-40W Drive to 1530 West Maloney Avenue.
