CMS ITU Training Event

In partnership with Indian Health Service, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is committed to helping the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal Health Programs, and Urban Indian Programs to maximize their ability to access third party resources. To meet this objective, CMS, in partnership with the States, the Veterans Administration, the Social Security Administration, and the IHS, provides training to patient benefits advocates on the programs and benefits available through Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplace.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Denver Office and the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) invite you to the 2020 CMS Outreach & Education Event.

All attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

To make reservations, please call 406-252-7400 and reference the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS/ITU) room block to receive the Federal government per diem rate of $96 plus tax per night. Reservations should be made by Friday, May 15, 2020, to ensure the rate mentioned above. Reservations at the Doubletree Billings s are on your own and subject to hotel availability and pricing

Taxis: The approximate taxi fare from BIL to the hotel is $20.00.

Driving Directions from Billings Logan International Airport: Enter Roundabout, then take the City Center Exit from the airport. Proceed for 3 miles and the hotel will be on the left-hand side.
