In partnership with Indian Health Service, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is committed to helping the Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal Health Programs, and Urban Indian Programs to maximize their ability to access third-party resources. To meet this objective, CMS, in partnership with the States, the Veterans Administration, the Social Security Administration, and the IHS, provides training to patient benefits advocates on the programs and benefits available through Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Travel Arrangements
All attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
To make reservations, please call (406) 248-1011 and reference the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS/ITU) room block to receive the Federal government per diem rate of $94 plus tax per night. Reservations should be made by Wednesday, May 11, 2019, to ensure the rate mentioned above. Reservations at the Hampton Inn Billings are on your own and subject to hotel availability and pricing
Ground Transportation
Hampton Inn Billings is located approximately 5 miles from the Billings Logan International Airport (BIL). You have several options for ground transportation from the Billings Logan International Airport.
Hotel Parking: Complimentary hotel parking
Taxis: The approximate taxi fare from BIL to the hotel is $20.00.
Hotel Shuttle: The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service (between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm), from BIL. However, the shuttle is based on availability and not guaranteed. Please call (406) 248-1011 to schedule a ride.
Driving Directions from Billings Logan International Airport: From I-90 – Take Exit 447 to South Billings Blvd. Turn left onto King Ave E. and at the light drive one block and turn left onto Southgate Drive. The hotel is at 5110 Southgate Drive.
